The 3-packs for this set nearly all featured 2
older characters (now in their original sculpt) and 1 new
character each. This series sees the arrival of highly requested
characters, JLU mainstays, The Capt Atom and Galatea.
The Captain Atom reappears in the next wave with a new Green
Lantern John Stewart figure. Also two versions of Galatea were
released, the second one being the superior version.

The 3-packs for this set were already featured
in the previous wave's card back (making the four 3-packs
featured appear as if they're from a single wave). This series sees the arrival of
the highly requested
character, JLU mainstay, The Question. First runnings of this
wave see the return of the Justice League version of John
Stewart. But later versions of the 3-packs (and a rerelease of
the Capt. Atom pack from the previous wave also features new
John Stewart Green Lantern figures
with a 5poa sculpt and a headsculpt depicting him as he appears
in Justice League Unlimited.
