The Atom was
released as a Wave 1 single-carded and as a 3 pack with Superman and
Huntress in Series 4. As a single carded it comes with a non-articulated Atom
figure that measures less than an inch, hands down the best accessory of the
line. The mini-figure was rereleased with the 10-inch rotocast Atom figure.

must be bought as a single carded because of his mini-figure.
