This story fits into the JLU continuity (Season 3).

Synopsis- SPOILER ALERT!!!

Again, there's nobody in the watchtower save for Booster Gold and Speedy. Speedy finds Booster boring as he has seen him do nothing but read and write history. A giant ship crashes into the Watchtower and it is Dr Polaris- and it seems it's Booster's knowledge of history that might save them both.

Continuity Peg- POSITIVE

This issue fits in fine with Season 3, ignorimg the Supergirl cameo. It suggests that Dr Polaris survived the destruction of the Society headquarters in the series finale and had been in prison sometime since. This also suggests somehow that Speedy is a rookie within the league, seeing as Green Arrow checks up on him and that he still doesn't know a few things, such as that Booster has a robot companion.

Skeets mentions that Shayera Hol has written a book on Native American weaponry.

Polaris is in search mention of a 'cube' that Superman found in the Antartic.

We see a greenhouse-type garden aboard the Watchtower, similar to the Fortress of Solitude.

We see both Shayera and Booster's quarters (or 'apartments' as Booster call 'em)

Polaris is in his updtaed costume (finally!)

Continuity Go Bye Bye

One wonders why Speedy was outside the watchtower with no breathing device in outer space.

Why on Earth were there 'again' no Watchtower staffers around?

Review

It was a very interesting read seeing Booster interact with Speedy (who here is an obvious Teen titans import) and showing a side to Booster that we rarely see- a history pseudo-expert. Definitely a must-read for both JLU and TT fans.
